The first workout for the summer is just around the corner. We will be working out with Coach Swain, on Monday, June 3rd starting in the weight room at 10:00AM. We will finish out at the track wrapping up around 11:30. Just as a reminder, if you can not make a summer session, you DO NOT need to contact the coaches. I hope to see you all on Monday! Also, do some things on your own. Remember the fitness tests are part of the tryout. Check here for reference:
